This is a case of Deirdre Colette Glascoe, Timothy Gregory Rose, Jr., Naphtali Moshe Rose, and Shais Clifford Rose ( A wife and her 3 unborn children) vs. Lovevonia Ford Berry, Timothy Gregory Rose, Sr., Rubin Rose and Tia Rose; (A wayward woman, an impatient husband and unwise son, a resentful brother and a child- daughter of the wayward woman and fruit of her mother's sin).
This case may be cited as Romantic Love vs. O Vain Love. The case was heard in the Court of God sua sponte, which means no party in the matter filed a petition for the case to be heard; the matter was brought before the Court of God by the Will of God. This case was created by God to be used as an example when teaching God's children what constitutes holy marriage under the laws of God. This case may also be cited as Marriage Rites vs. Marriage Rights.
Decision: In Favor of Deirdre Rose against Lovevonia Ford Berry and Timothy Rose. Judgment Reserved against Rubin Rose and Tia Rose until a paternity test establishes, which Rose, if either, sired Tia Rose.
- It is this court's ruling that Deirdre Rose a.k.a Deirdre Glascoe is the legal wife of Timothy Gregory Rose.
- As to: Lovevonia Ford Berry a.k.a Lovevonia "Ann" Rose a.ka. Lovelonia Ann a.k.a. "Ann." Berry is found guilty of entrapment, sorcery, theft, human trafficking and adultery.
- Timothy Rose is found guilty of abandonment, adultery and bigamy.
- Judgment against Rubin Rose and Tia Rose, daughter of Lovevonia Ford Berry, is reserved, until such time all defendants submit to a DNA test to determine the paternity of Tia Rose.
Order[s] Issued:
The Court orders a DNA test to establish the paternity of Tia Rose. All defendants: Tia Rose, Lovevonia Ford Berry, Rubin Rose and Timothy Rose must submit to a DNA test under conditions set forth by the plaintiff. If Rubin Rose and Tia Rose complies with the order of this court, they shall have 30 days after the results of the DNA test has been made public, to file a statement of defense.
Failure of any of the defendants named above to submit to a DNA test, to establish the paternity of Tia Rose, shall show cause why they should not be held in contempt of Court. Any person deemed to be in contempt of Court shall not enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but will join Satan and his angels in the place that is reserved for the wicked in hell.
